My Chiang Mai House

Two years ago now I brought my new Chiang Mai House. I bought in an area called San Sai just outside the town of Chiang Mai. Chiang Mai is located in the North of Thailand, it is a beautiful city and very popular with expats and retirees alike.

I managed to buy a three-bedroom, two bathroom house with stunning views out over spectacular rice fields. I could not believe the price of my house when I first started looking, I thought the people were joking, this house is a fraction of the price I would pay back home.
