Encouraging Mom to Go to Gym

I am a bit worried about my mom’s health since she is getting so big already. She is definitely eating a lot of sweets and carbohydrates, which I believe is no longer healthy for her. I thought about using this holiday season to encourage her to be cautious about her health and figure. I am trying to remind her to take it easy when it comes to eating and drinking.

I explained to her that eating is not bad but overeating is. In fairness, she seems to be listening to all my advices because I noticed that she is only eating small portions of foods in every party that she attends. She is also staying away from fatty foods, which are high in cholesterol.

To support her quest to manage her weight, I also gave the best present for mom, which is a gym membership. I am hoping that she will be encouraged to exercise regularly.

There is Nothing Wrong with Self Catering Holidays

I think some people judge Self catering holidays as the type of holiday that only cheap people go on but I simply do not think that that is either fair or true! I go on Self catering holidays all the time as do my parents and trust me they are not poor! We go on Self catering holidays because we like to be free to decide where we eat every night. We like to explore the local restaurants and embrace all the fantastic fresh food that you can enjoy in these restaurants. We like being able to leave the gates of a hotel behind and become part of the local population for the time when we are there. A self catering holiday is the best opportunity to be able to do this; all inclusive means anytime you leave the hotel and spend money you are paying for food and drink twice!

Who Will Be Supervising?

Perhaps you have already heard of Club DNA. If not then you may be interested to hear about it. Club DNA is a disco party for children. Each month DNA Kids hosts a disco for children, and your child can attend this disco while you feel safe in the knowledge that the childrens entertainers that supervise these discos are professionals. All entertainers that work for DNA Kids have been checked out by the CRB, the police, and they are all competent individuals that love to see children happy in a secure environment. The disco parties are held at specific venues every month, usually the Rawreth Village Hall in Essex or the Champions Manor Hall in Essex. The children will enjoy R n B music, Pop music and perhaps a few actions songs too. Snacks and beverages will be on sale inside the venue, and to make it that much more fun glowing accessories will be on sale too, to enhance the effects of the laser light show.
